1. We all have Abs, we are born with them. Some see them all year round, others only come contest time whilst the rest never get to see them in their lifetime. Being able to see your Abs is a definite gaugeas to how lean you actually ARE.
2.You may train them till hell freezes over but if you are holding excess deposits of bodyfat and water under the skin they won’t be visible.
3. The steeper or more acute the angle of your head is in relation to your torso whilst executing the movement, the greater the intensity/feel of the crunch.
4 Ideally the Abs should be hit to failure with high reps for 4-6 sets with minimal rest time between sets to maintain the “burn”.
5. No need to go crazy on Ab training as your “core” actually gets stimulated indirectly whilst performing compound movements.
