Swap White Rice for Brown Rice – No brainer, swap simple carbs for complex carbs.
Use an Olive Oil based dressing – This increases healthy fat intake.
Include Walnuts in your Diet – To increase healthy fats
Eat Omega 3 Eggs – The Omega 3 fats will help you lose fat and also slow digestion.
Eat Cottage Cheese as a late night snack – A light snack with a good helping of protein. Eaten with a bit of Olive oil will help fend off catabolism during the night.
Add a little sugar to your morning protein shake – The sugar stops your body from breaking down muscle and the Whey replenishes muscle protein.
