Fun filled weekend had this end! I celebrated my birthday all weekend, which was fab and was made really special by some really special people 🙂
Apart from a quick run Saturday morning, I took the weekend off training! I finished my Christmas shopping, put my tree up, and got right into the Christmas spirit! Only three weeks to go now and time is flying by! Looking forward to lots of party plans over the Festive Season!
Don’t let your training slip over Christmas, there is no excuse! My Clients are all doing really well at the moment, they are on track and sticking to their training, so I am very proud of them all!
If you can’t get to the gym or if you’re new to exercise, do some exercise at home! A simple morning and evening circuit to kick start!
Pick a set of exercises for each major body part:
20 Press ups (Full or kneeling) Repeat if time allows.
All of which can be done at home, so there isn’t even the excuse of not being able to get to the gym! 🙂
Do these upon awakening, and then again before bed to begin with, and eat clean.
