I fancied a change in training today, away from the Gym! So I decided to pair up with my Medicine ball and head to the park to get a sweat on! This was today’s workout for me … have a feeling I may be achy achy tomorrow!! #result
Overhard Throw and Sprint x5 (Throwing the ball as far as I could, sprinting to get it, turning around and repeating)
Overhead Walking Lunge x20 (Regular walking lunge holding the ball above my head).
Keg Toss x10 (Holding the ball in front of me at waist height, hurling it behind me explosively and repeat.) – watch out for walkers!!
Wall Sit x60 seconds (Holding the ball in front of me, leaning against a tree, squatting low and holding for 60 secons).
Ball Slam x20 (Holding the ball overhead, elbows extended, slamming it down in front of me as hard as possible).
