Must have accompaniment to Mediterranean food: TZATZIKI
A Garlic, yogurt, lemon and fresh mint dip that’s easy to make & can be served alongside chicken or lamb kebabs.
What you need: 2 garlic cloves, 300g/10oz low fat Greek yogurt, 1 lemon (juice) a chopped mint leaves
1) Crush the garlic in a pestle and mortar to make a paste.
2) Add the yogurt and lemon juice and stir well.
3) Stir through the mint.
4) Set aside in the fridge until needed.
