I am the first ever HELICOPTER PILOT OF MY PEOPLE.
While I was going to pilot school, I was training in the gym. I fell in love with the feeling of confidence you get when your fit. I lost weight and gained muscle.
I want to help others achieve their fitness goals.
I believe HARD WORK ALWAYS PAYS OFF!!!

Being able to pertain to sport specific goals, weight training, trimming down, whatever the goal is, I can help you achieve it: BOOTCAMPS, WEIGHT TRAINING, STRETCHING, SPORTS SPECIFIC, BODY SCULPTING AND BULKING UP (MASS BUILDING).
As long as it’s a realistic goal, in a realist time line!
I provide safe precise easy instructions, and demonstration.
I provide my clients with support, positive reinforcement. Pushing to their limit.
I also do cookie cutter plans to those who know what they’re doing in the gym.
I am not a nutritionist so I can’t legally tell you what to eat. Just point you to a couple of muscle mags for it.
